The communication audit log

Every email, SMS, WhatsApp and push message the provider sent, with its outcome, searchable and exportable.

1. Open Compliance → More → Sent messages. The summary shows messages sent today and this week, failures, and the week's Email, SMS, WhatsApp and Push totals.
2. Narrow with All Channels, All Statuses, Search recipient… (recipient, subject or provider reference) and the From / To dates. The same date in both includes that whole New Zealand day.
3. Select a row to see direction, provider ID, the staff member who sent it, the message content and metadata.
4. Previous and Next page through results past 50; the count under the table states the exact range.
5. Export CSV downloads every record matching the current filters, including later pages, and confirms how many were exported.
