Generate an ITR / work-based training return

A local return file for a reporting period, with incomplete agreements excluded and reported.

  1. On Work-based Training, enter the reporting period in ITR / WBT returns — for example 2026-S1 — and select Generate return.
  2. The new row shows its period, record count and Generated. Agreements missing a learner or enrolment are excluded and named in the generation message.
  3. Select Download CSV and keep the file with your submission evidence. It has one header row and one row per agreement: agreement ID, NSN, learner ID, names, employer, programme and qualification codes, programme name, training dates, statuses and credits.
  4. Mark locally prepared records a local status and timestamp only.
Take careThis is a local export. Transmission to TEC's work-based submissions API is not part of Pallara today, and the Locally marked returns figure is not evidence of external delivery.
