Enable or disable a module
Optional capabilities — Awards, Homestay, Public Trust, LNAT, Data Warehouse, Record Confidentiality, Customisable Dashboard — switched on per provider.
- Open Administration → Modules. It is its own navigation item, not a tab inside the Settings page.
- Find the capability and use its toggle. Core modules cannot be changed here.
- Reload, or open another staff page, so the navigation refreshes. The module's entry appears and opens its page.
- To turn it off, return to Modules, toggle it, and reload. The entry disappears; the module's data is kept.
Each module card describes what it switches on. The Form Builder, Application Pipeline, Two-way SMS, Agent Commission and Work-based Training are on for a new provider by default; Awards Engine, Homestay / Boarding, Public Trust Fee Protection, LNAT, Data Warehouse Export, Record Confidentiality, Duplicate Merge, Address Finder and the Customisable Dashboard are switched on as you need them.
