Your account: profile, password and two-factor authentication

Update your name and photo, change your password, and turn on an authenticator app.

Profile

1. Open Administration → Settings → Account. Update your first and last name and select Update Profile.
2. Select Upload New Image and choose a JPEG, PNG or WebP under 5 MB. The image is stored privately, never at a public URL.

Password

1. Open Administration → Settings → Security. Enter Current Password, New Password and Confirm New Password, then Update Password.
2. Sign out and back in with the new password before treating the change as done.

Two-factor authentication

1. Select Enable 2FA. Enter your password and Verify. Scan the QR code with your authenticator (or enter the secret), then Next.
2. Enter the current six-digit code and Enable 2FA. Store the recovery codes somewhere safe and select Done. The card now shows Disable 2FA.
3. To turn it off, select Disable 2FA, verify your password, enter a current code and confirm.

Signing in with two-factor authentication

Once two-factor authentication is enabled, password sign-in requires a successful authenticator check before you can use protected pages. Pallara can ask again when that verification expires or you use another browser. Enter the current six-digit code from your authenticator app.
